FP_AUDIT_TEST_EXT - Program FP_AUDIT_TEST_EXT

Purpose

The Test Report is intended to collect Licensing data by polling all avaliable ADS connections.

Integration

Prerequisites

Your system is connected to the ADS and the connection is configured correctly.

Features

The report scans ADS connection(s) accordance with selection criteria. Licensing data are collected from an internal database of ADS(s).

Selection

All available ADS connections are being scanned by default (*). You can explicitly specify the connection if you like or use the placeholder (*) as a part of the name.

Standard Variants

Output

Results are displayed in a Table. It contains from left to right:

- Unique Template's ID;

- System ID;

- Client number;

- Application Title;

- Name of Template;

- Type of Template (to identify the owner);

- Category of the client (indicates the role of the client):

P - Production;

T - Test;

C - Customizing;

D - Demonstration;

E - Education;

S - SAP reference;

- Version of ADS;

At the bottom of the table, two lines demonstrates the common number of Interactive Forms and the ID of Productive client.

Several filters can be used to simplify analysis. You can:

- remove repeated Template IDs (Display only Unique IDs button);

- remove repeated names of Templates (Display only Unique Templates);

- display all results not sorted (Display All button).

Additional information about the table entries can be achieved during the positioning the mouse cursor over 'Additional Info' or header elements of the table.
