Compare One Exposure with Liquidity Planner for Actual Cash Flows

Purpose

You use the report to compare the actual cash flows in One Exposure with Liquidity Planner after upgrading from Liquidity Planner to SAP S/4HANA Cash Management.

This report provides the information of actual cash flows in both Transaction Currency and Local Currency from One Exposure (Table FQM_FLOW) and Liquidity Planner (Tables FLQITEMFI and FLQITEMBS), and the differences between the two sources (the aggregated amount from FLQITEMFI and FLQITEMBS, the amount from FQM_FLOW).

Selection

To run the report, you enter the Company Code, Transaction Date (range) and Currency to compare.

You can decide whether to show all items or only items with differences by the Show Diff. Only checkbox.

On the first level, you see the following key figures for each currency:

  • Total Amount from FLQITEMFI in Transaction Currency
  • Total Amount from FLQITEMFI in Local Currency
  • Total Amount from FLQITEMBS in Transaction Currency
  • Total Amount from FLQITEMBS in Local Currency
  • Total Amount from FQM_FLOW in Transaction Currency
  • Total Amount from FQM_FLOW in Local Currency
  • Differences between FLQ (the aggregated amount from FLQITEMFI and FLQITEMBS) and FQM_FLOW in Transaction Currency
  • Differences between FLQ (the aggregated amount from FLQITEMFI and FLQITEMBS) and FQM_FLOW in Local Currency

You can double click the item to drill down to the G/L Account level for the same set of key figures. From the G/L Account view, you can drill down further to the Document level, and to the Document details.
