FQM_TRANSFER_DELETE - Delete Data from One Exposure from Operations Hub

Purpose

You want to delete data from any source application in the One Exposure from Operations hub. The source application is either running in a central SAP S/4HANA Finance system or in a non-SAP S/4HANA system.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have already sent data to the One Exposure from Operations hub in the central SAP S/4HANA Finance system.

Features

Selection

Specify source application and company code.

If you run this transaction in a remote non-SAP S/4HANA system, you must also specify a logical port.

If you want to execute the report in test mode, select the Test Run checkbox.

Message Logging

If you want to see the application log directly after the report has been executed, select the Display Log checkbox.

If you want the system to save the log after the report has been executed, select the Persist Log checkbox.

You can access and analyze the Persist log after the report has been executed.

You can delete the persisted logs by using transaction SLG2.

To delete data from One Exposure successfully, you have to select one of the two message logs.

Standard Variants

Output

If you set the Display Log indicator on the selection screen, an application log is displayed.

Activities

You can find the persisted logs by using transaction FQM_APPLICATION_LOG (Display Application Logs).

Alternatively, you can find the persisted logs by using transaction SLG1. Enter FQM_CORE in the Object field and TRANSFER in the Subobject field.

Example

You want to delete cash flow data sent from the SAP Liquidity Planner running in a remote system in the One Exposure from Operations hub.

You run this transaction in the remote system and specify a logical port, source application, and company code.

For example:

Logical port - LP_FQM_WS_DISTRIBUTE

Source application - LP (Liquidity Planner)

Company code - 0001

You want to delete cash flow data sent from Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) running in the central system in the One Exposure from Operations hub.

You run this transaction in the central system and specify source application and company code.
