FRE_CPOCAL_AFT_CUST_CHG - Update assignment of central PO calendars after customizing changes

Purpose

This program has to be started after the assignment of at least one central PO calendar has been changed in customizing.

It triggers the transfer of the new assignment of the order calender to the location in SAP F&R by creating change pointers that are taken into account by the next run of the master data delta load.
