Title

Transfer sales order, consumption data and stock information to F&R

Purpose

Execution of Forecasting and Replenishment in F&R requires input from external systems. A part of this input is transactional data like sales orders, consumption data and stock information for stores and DC's from the SAP Retail system. To supply F&R with the required data, this report selects according to the definition at the selection screen sales orders, consumption data and stock information for relevant article/site-combinations and transfers this data to F&R.

For the transfer of Sales Order documents, you first need to activate business function ISR_APPL_SCM_2A.

Features

Selection

In general, only data for article/site-combinations stored in table FRE_DB_ART_SITE will be processed. From this specified amount only those entries will be processed, for which stock or sales orders have changed. With the settings on selection screen the data selection and data transfer from this specified amount will be affected.

Input in block "Selection settings" for Site and Article restrict the data selection to these article/site-combinations.

The block "Transfer settings" controls the kind of data, which will be selected and transferred. Only the marked kind of data will be processed.

Differing from the normal run, with the parameter "Transfer data general" in this block it is possible to enforce the data transfer for specified article/site-combination. If this parameter is set, consumption data and stock information will be transferred even when there is no stock change for this article/site-combination.

Normally only for the first transfer of an article/site-combination to F&R consumption data will be selected and transferred with "number of periods for initial load". Thereafter the "number of periods for normal load" will be used. The parameter "Consumption data selection with no of periods for initial load" affects this logic. Setting this parameter enforce a generally transfer of consumption data with "number of periods for initial load".
