FSBP_MIGCS_MAPPING_CREATE - Generate Mapping Customizing for Existing Rating Attributes

Purpose
As of Release SAP_ABA 7.10, ratings replace the following fields for credit standing data:
- Institute providing credit standing information
- Additional credit standing information
- Date of credit standing information
- Ratings
If you have already entered ratings and corresponding information, such as institute providing credit standing information, additional credit standing information, and date of credit standing information, in table BP1010 (credit standing data), then you have to transfer this data to table BP1012 (ratings).
This report helps you to make settings in Customizing for converting credit standing data.
You can use this report if results of analyzing your data and Customizing show that the pairs of key fields rating/institute providing credit standing information and rating/rating procedure are set up differently from a semantic and/or a technical point of view (for example, "AAA/Mood" for credit standing data is not technically the same as "AAA/Moodys" for ratings).
If your pairs of key fields are different, you have to assign the value pairs to each other manually.
With this report you can set up new pairs of values for the institute providing credit standing information and rating fields in the assignment table BPCC_MIGCS_MAP (assignment of rating procedure/rating to institution/rating) using the values in table BP1010 (credit standing data).
The report first of all determines all existing pairs of values for both the institute providing credit standing information and rating fields, and then checks for every entry found whether an entry already exists for the combination, then the report creates a new entry in the table for the pair of values.
You can carry out the report at any time and as often as you require. The report does not change the pairs of values that are already in the assignment table; it simply adds entries that do not yet exist to the existing assignments.
Integration
The entries generated for the pair of values institute providing credit standing information and ratingare automatically listed in the report FSBP_MIGCS_MAPPING_EDIT ( assign rating procedure/rating to institute/rating), you do not need to enter these values manually. For new entries, you have to enter only the target values for the rating procedure and the rating manually into the report. For more information, see the corresponding report documentation.
Prerequisites
- You have used the report FSBP_MIGCS_MIGRATION_CHECK ( check whether data conversion is necessary) to check whether you have already entered ratings and corresponding credit standing data in table BP1010 (credit standing data) that has to be converted.
- You have checked Customizing for credit standing data and ratings using the IMG activity set rating procedures and ratings or for the views VN_TP06 (define rating) and VN_TP07 (define institute providing credit standing information). The results of this check show that there are no 1:1 assignments between the pairs of key fields rating/institute providing credit standing information and rating/rating procedure that can be automatically processed by the system. This means that you have to assign Customizing manually.

Execute the report to set up new pairs of values for credit standing data in the assignment table.
Note that the number of combinations of institute providing credit standing data and ratingthat are actually used can vary from system to system. Use this report to ensure that pairs of values are available in the assignment table for all existing combinations in every system of your landscape. Enter the corresponding target values using the report FSBP_MIGCS_MAPPING_EDIT ( assign rating procedure/rating to institute/rating).
