FSSC_RDS_DIMA_RESULT - Display Compare Result

Purpose

You can use this report to display the compare result of a CRM Data Integrity Manager (DIMa) compare instance in SAP List Viewer.

Integration

Prerequisites

You need to ensure that the DIMa instance exists and that the compare run has finished successfully. You can use the transaction SDIMAto check the comparison status of the DIMa instance.

Features

This report displays all the compare messages of the specified compare instance in the SAP List Viewer.

Selection

You need to enter the DIMa instance name to display the compare result for that instance.

Standard Variants

Output

The compare result is displayed in SAP List Viewer. Here, you can do the following:

  • Use the Local File push button to export the result list to local file.
  • Click on the customer or vendor number link to navigate to the customer or vendor master data in ERP back-end system.
  • Click on the business partner number to navigate to the business partner master data in the CRM system.

Activities

You can also schedule this report as a background job to run it periodically:

  1. Start transaction FSSC_DIMA_RESULT, enter a DIMa Instance Name
  2. Do not execute the report, but click the Save as Variant...button
  3. Specify a Variant Nameand Description. Save your variant
  4. Start transaction SM36 to create a background job
  5. Press the Job Wizard button to create your job
  6. Define a name for the background job
  7. Choose ABAP program step
  8. Enter FSSC_RDS_DIMA_RESULT in ABAP program name field and choose your variant (You can specify e-mail address by clicking the Spool list recipients button to receive the compare result in an e-mail)
  9. Do not mark the Add additional steps (optional)checkbox
  10. Choose, when your job should be executed, for example a date or time
  11. Choose the date and time and decide, whether the job should be performed periodically
  12. Choose the Complete pushbutton to create your background job
