Purpose

For all access sequences that are assigned to any condition type, meaning that their usage is "A", "E", "D", "N" or "3" (field KVEWE), independently of the application (field KAPPL), the report checks whether any access in these access sequences uses access type "A" (field FSTST) for at least one field.

Output

Output

The report output is as follows:

As soon as you have made a selection, the report displays a dialog box with one of the following results:

  1. "The system is not affected. No accesses with access type 'A' exist."
  2. "Accesses with access type 'A' exist but are not used in the customer pricing procedures."
  3. "Accesses with access type 'A' exist, which are used in customer pricing procedures."

In instance 3, contact SAP as described in note 1600482.

Additional description of the report output:

The upper table control displays all instances, in other words

  • The condition type in question

  • Its access sequence

  • The number of the access in question

  • The corresponding condition table

  • The source structure and the source field that use access type 'A'

  • The corresponding priority

The color of the lines changes to correspond with changes in usage, application, condition type, access sequence, or access number.

In addition, the report checks how many condition records exist in the affected condition tables of an affected condition type. It only includes the records whose validity period overlaps with the period 01.01.2009 to 31.12.9999. The results are shown in the table control at the bottom right.

Finally, the report checks whether the affected condition types are used in the pricing procedures. The result of this check is displayed in the table control at the bottom left. The list is sorted by usage, application, pricing procedure, and the order of condition types within the pricing procedure. The color of the lines changes to correspond with changes in usage, application, or pricing procedure.

If there are entries in the table control at the bottom left, the system aborts (MESSAGE_TYPE_X, VT 664) when processing documents that use one of these pricing procedures. You can only continue to process this type of document once the Customizing settings have been changed.
