GFD_DELETE_DMS_ENTRY - Delete entries from DMS when appication unsaved

Purpose

The Documents when uploaded in the Admission Portal or My Request and the browser gets closed unexpectedly or the user closes it intentionally or when the application not saved, nor submitted nor resubmitted the document gets persisted in DMS (Document Management system).

This report deletes those documents in the DMS. When application not submitted nor saved nor resubmitted the document gets deleted in the DMS. It also deletes document in DMS when a document is reuploaded in any form statuses the previous document gets deleted only if the user has re-submitted.

Integration

The report is run by batch job which needs to be created by referring the manual steps of the note 2564624. This batch job is mainly to schedule when the report needs to be executed. This can be scheduled daily, hourly weekly or monthly basis. In the configuration table PIQDBADM_CONFIG the duration needs to be configured ie Ex 1 or 2 hours which means any document uploaded 2 hours or 1 hour back will not be deleted from the Draw table and GFDBDMS_CONTENT table when the report is executed

Before running please check the list of entries in the table GFDBDMS_CONTENT table. The output would be GFDBDMS_CONTENT table entries are deleted and entries in DMS is also deleted.
