GHO_DPP_DES_MAP_DELETE_DES - UOM: Destruction of UOM Vendor / Business partner data

Purpose

For a vendor/business partner whose End of purpose has been performed in UOM using report GHO_R_DPP_MAP_PERS_DATA, there exist some records in audit table (GHO_DPP_T_MAP) for the mapping between original vendor/business partner and dummy vendor/business partner. Once the retention period of the vendor/business partner is over, these records in audit table need to be deleted.

User can destruct the replacement records in audit table and change logs for the vendor/business partner using this report (see note 2586829).

The report presents a selection screen offering below mentioned fields for input:

  • Type of personal data object, whether Vendor or Business partner.
  • Personal data object ID (Vendor or Business partner for which End of Purpose has been completed).
  • Option to choose the processing option, whether in test mode or in production mode.
  • Option to choose the detail log, whether no detail log or without success message or Complete.
  • Option to choose log output, whether List or Application log or both (List and Application log).
  • Data object description, which specifies the additional descriptive text for data destruction run. For example: organizational units and time periods to which destroyed data belonged.

On passing the mandatory inputs, you can execute the destruction report for vendor/business partner in test mode or production mode.

After you execute the report in production mode, the replacement records for that vendor/business partner are deleted from the audit table (GHO_DPP_T_MAP). Also, the change logs for that vendor/business partner are deleted from change log database tables.
