Purpose

You use this report to generate trip journals in accordance with the legal requirements for auditing. The report collects all the relevant trip data based on the selection parameters you specified and displays the list in an ALV list.

Integration

Prerequisites

The employee has entered the trip order and trip certificate number and date in the Travel Expense Manager program,on the Commentstab page.

Features

Selection

You can specify trip-related selection parameters on the HR Data, General Trip Data, or Statustab pages from which the report collects the trip data and generates the trip journal. If you do not know the parameters you need, you can search for the necessary data with the search help on the Search Help tab page.

In the Layoutfield of the Outputgroup box, you can select an existing layout or you can create a new one. When you create a layout, you must add the Comment 1 and Comment 2 columns to the layout. This ensures that the report includes the trip order and trip certificate data in the trip journal.

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays all the trip data based on your selection parameters. The Comment 1 and Comment 2 columns display the trip order and trip certificate numbers and dates that the report collects from the Travel Expense Manager.
