GMA_ACE_PSDOCITEMS2 - GM Accruals: Display Line Items in the Accrual Engine

Purpose

When provisions are posted, documents are created in the Accrual Engine. (ACE). These ACE documents are posted through to Accounting and generate subsequent documents, such as FI documents.

Use this report to display the posted ACE documents. There is also a simulation mode you can use to simulate ACE documents.

Features

You can start this report in one of the following ways:

• Display actual values only

Here, only data actually posted is displayed. You cannot enter a key date.

• Actual & simulated values

If this report is run for a key date, actual values that have already been posted by this date are selected and, where necessary, completed with simulated postings.

• Simulate only

You can also choose not to display posted values and just to simulate data instead.

In the last two cases, the term "Simulate" means that future postings are carried forward on the basis of existing settings.
