GRFN_REPLACEMENT_MASS_ACTIVATE - Transfer Work Items to Replacement

Purpose

This program provides information about the replacement persons for PC users or persons that are no longer valid. Any work items still assigned to old users are transferred to the appropriate replacements.

Under PC_GRPC_REPLACMENT Work Items Forward to Replacement, schedule the program to be executed daily.

Selection

The program checks whether the information about the replacement is valid on the specified date. If it is valid, the system transfers the corresponding work items to the replacement.

If you do not make an entry, the system automatically selects the current date. Leave the field empty if you schedule the program.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays the information about the replacement and the work items concerned. If you perform the program in the background, you find this information in the spool list of executed jobs.
