GRPC_AS_REORG - Reorganize Cases and Workflows

Purpose
This program allows you to delete cases and cancel workflows. When you delete a case, the corresponding workflow is canceled automatically.
We recommend that you first cancel workflows and then delete the cases.

Features
Selection
- Object Type (required entry field) - Entry: Usually O (organization)
- Object ID (required entry field) - Entry: ID of the object (for example, organization)
- Evaluation Path (required entry field) - Entries such as:
- MC_M0ST - Selects all cases for the selected organization
- MC_M0STR - Selects all cases for the selected organization and for the subordinate organizations
- MC_OM2M3 - Selects all cases for the controls of the selected organization (object types M2, M3)
- MC_OM1MP - Selects all cases for the processes of the selected organization (object type M1)
- Case Key (optional)
- If you select a case using a case key, the entries referred to above are ignored.
- Case Attributes (optional)
- You can use attributes to restrict the cases.
- Timeframe (optional)
- Only the cases of the timeframe entered are selected.

Activities
After the program has been executed, the system displays all cases and workflows corresponding to your selection. Select the ones that you want to delete and choose Delete.
You can then use the programClear Scheduling to delete the corresponding scheduling as well.
