HAECADR0 - Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund Report

Purpose
You use the report to list the contribution details of employees as required by the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund (ADRPBF) fund on a monthly basis.
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have entered the data in the infotype Social Insurance (3251).
- You have set the processing class 60 for wage types contribute towards ADRPBF applicable earnings.
- You have made the settings in UAE Layout Configuration for ADRPBF Pension Fund Report ( V_T7AE13) for the following purposes:
- Determine the wage types to be cumulated into corresponding column
- Determine which descriptions the report displays for each column
Features
The report reads data from the payroll period results.
Selection
You select the specific payroll period for which the report displays the detailed contribution information of an employee. The payroll area that you select determines the payroll period.
You use the following criteria to select the specific employees for whom you want the report to display the contribution details:
- Company Code
- Payroll Area
- Personnel Area
Standard Variants
Output
The report outputs an ALV list that includes the contribution information for each social insurance number of an employee. You can export the results to Excel for reporting purpose.
