Purpose
Employers and employees within GCC member countries are required to allocate funds for social insurance purposes, to cater for the needs of GCC nationals upon retirement.
Any qualified Bahraini nationals over 18 years of age and earning a salary must contribute to statutory social insurance. Students and directly employed contractors who are also earning a salary must also contribute to social insurance.
You use this report to declare statutory pension fund for GPSSA on a monthly basis.

Prerequisites
You have completed the related settings for statutory pension fund in Customizing for Payroll United Arab Emirates under Social Insurance.
Features
Selection
You can make various selections according to time-dependent and organizational needs. If you do not enter a personnel number or a selection of personnel numbers, the system selects all personnel numbers for processing.
Standard Variants
Output
The report outputs the detailed contribution information per company code for each employee for social insurance pension fund in PDF format. The spool (where the PDF file can be viewed) can be accessed directly from the log by selection of the spool number).
Activities
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen choose Human Resource -> Payroll -> United Arab Emirates -> Payroll -> Subsequence Activities -> Per Payroll Period -> Social Insurance Fund Contributions (GPSSA): Bahraini Nationals.
