Use

You use this report when you want to make an advance leave payment for more than one employee. You enter the employee numbers of the relevant employees, the payroll reason, and the Off-cycle payroll date. When you execute the report, the UAE: Off-cycle Payment for Multiple Employees (Advance Leave Payment) dialog opens. You select the leave periods that you want to make the advance leave payment for and choose the Continue pushbutton.

Note: You can recover the advanced amount either in one payroll period or overmultiple payroll periods. For more information, in Customizing, refer to Payroll: United Arab Emirates > Off-Cycle Activities > Advance Leave Payment > Define Partial Recovery Settings.

Integration

The report pulls data from the Absences(2001) infotype and posts the results to the payroll driver.

Prerequisites

The payroll reason for the advance leave payment must be the same for al l of the affected employees.
