Purpose

You use this report to generate the Form 1 that is required by the General Pension and Social Security Authority

(GPSSA). The Form 1 applies to employees who are working in an emirate other than Abu Dhabi.

In the following scenarios, you generate Form 1:

  • A new employee joins the company. We recommend you include the generation of Form 1 as part of the hiring action.
  • An employee is transferred from Abu Dhabi
  • Register an existing employee with GPSSA, who is not insured previously
