HARCNVAC - Leave notification

Purpose

This report is used to print one vacation notification per employee, per vacation period. This notification must be signed by the employee and is required under Argentine law.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have created:

or,,The work plan for the period in which the employee will return from vacation

or,,The vacation contingencies (infotype 2006)

or,,Vacation absences (infotype 2001)

Features

Selection

To print the vacation notification, you must select the following data:

or,,Vacation period

or,,Personnel numbers of the employees for whom you wish to print notifications

You must also report the site and the data on which the notification will be signed.

Standard Variants

Output

The system adds up the vacation contingencies recorded in infotype 2006 for each employee for the period you have specified on the selection screen.

The report output is in SAPScript format, with one sheet per vacation, per employee.
