Description

This report displays the TemSe files generated by the corresponding programs.

Requirements

Before running this report, a TemSe file must have been previously geneated by an evaluation progra. The payroll Argentina reports that generate these files are:

• Generating employee declarations (HARCDGI0)

• Income deductions 4th tax bracket (R.G. 4110) (HARCDGI1, HARCDGI2)

• ANSeS Census report (HARCCEN0) When running this report, the name of the TemSe file previously generated by one of the reports mentioned above should be entered in the TemSe File Name field.

Output

The program displays the full contents of the TemSe file.

File management is directly carried out from the output of the program that has generated the file (e.g. HARCDGI0), using a pusbutton that appears on the output screen when an output option in data medium has been selected in the selection screen.

It is also possible to retrieve and display in detail the different types of register that constitute the file through the payroll management menu. The layout of the detail allows you to generate an MS-Word or MS-Excel file. The TemSe file can also be saved in a data medium (Download).

Example

The TemSe file produced by the program HARCDGI0 (Generation of Annual Income Tax Declarations) must be saved on a floppy disk for later submission to the Internal Revenue Service (DGI).
