Purpose
You run this report to calculate how much leave remaining an employee has and how much money you should reserve to be able to compensate this leave entitlement.

Selection
You can calculate the leave debt for an employee on a specific key date. Additionally, you can select particular absence quotas in the field Quota type (under Options).
Standard Variants
Output
The report reads the status of the absence quotas (all of them or only the selected ones in field Quota type) and displays, for the selected key date, a list with the selected personnel numbers and, for each of them, the leave available (in days) and the basic pay per day (BPD). The valuation basis is based on the latest payroll results, according to the selected key date.
The amount to be paid is displayed in the field Amount. This amount is calculated by multiplying the basic pay per day by the number of days available.
