Purpose

You run this report to check whether the statutory limit for social insurance has been exceeded by one personnel number in a month.

Integration

Prerequisites

There are payroll results for all related personnel numbers for the reported period.

Features

Only personnel numbers that are related to other personnel numbers by the Reference Personnel Numbers (0031) infotype 0031 are processed.

The report displays as default only employees with related personnel numbers for whom the statutory limit for social insurance has been excedeed.

Selection

Besides the standard selection (by period and personnel number), you can make the following selections under Options:

• Show all employees: you select this checkbox if you want to display all employees with related personnel numbers, even if they don't exceed the social insurance limit.

• ALV Variant: you can define your own layout (structure of the list column, sort criteria and filter conditions).

Standard Variants

Output

The output displays a list that contains employee's data about the social insurance limit and the adjusted limit.

The information is displayed for all the related personnel numbers of each employee, with the corresponding social insurance fund and the adjusted basis for this fund.
