HBGLCCQ0 - Quarterly Overview of Civil Contract

Purpose

You run this report to prepare quarterly overview of all civil contracts conducted during the selected quarter year. According to the article 55 of the Law for Income from Physical Persons in Bulgaria, you have possibility to transfer taxes and social insurance paid for individuals working on civil contract in your company on quarterly basis (possibility to transfer it every month, as you are used to, is still valid). In case you use option to transfer taxes and social insurances for you civil contract employees on quarterly basis, you need to prepare this overview and you need to send it to the authority.

You can run this report also to prepare quarterly overview of the total amount of the tax calculated and collected from all employees with civil contracts in your company (company level data overview).

Selection

Besides standard selection options you enter additional parameters on three tabs. On tab Basic options you can enter BULSTAT-EIK to filter data from selected BULSTAT-EIK only (enter value into field BULSTAT-EIK), you need to enter year and quarter to get overview of civil contract for selected quarter of the year (enter year and quarter into fields Year/Quarter). You also need to enter wage type(s) for Remuneration (into field Wage type for Remuneration) and issue date of this overview into field Issue date). You can display data in ALV table (use checkbox Display ALV) and you can use specific ALV variant for display (field ALV variant). Second tab Transfer option allows you to print our Word templates. Please use correct path to templates in fields Template: Quarter overview and Template: Additional table. Both these templates are connected with overview of all employees and their amounts used for insurances and taxes (employee level data overview). You can also print out template with overview of total tax calculated and collected from employees with civil contracts (company level data overview). In case you want to print this kind of overview please use correct path to template in field Template: Company level data. On last tab which label is HR administrator you enter identification of HR administrator who is responsible for this quarter overview. Please fill all fields here (names, address and contact information of your HR administrator).

Output

Report allows two types of output. The first one is output into ALV table (checkbox Display ALVon input screen is checked). This kind of output serves mainly to data check. Second kind of output is output to Word (checkboxes Transfer data to Word (overview of EEs)and Transfer data to Word (company level overview) on input screen are checked). You should choose correct word templates. From Word you can now print the forms.

Activities

Example

You need to prepare quarter overview of civil contracts for first quarter of year 2013.

You need to choose correct set of employees for quarter overview (e.g. enter your company code into field Company code), enter year and quarter in fields Year/Quarter and choose type of output (for Word output check e.g. checkbox Transfer data to Word (overview of EEs)). After run, Word will contain quarter overview of civil contracts (in case you choose correct word templates in fields Template: Quarter overview and Template: Additional table). Second template will be used just in case you report more records that can be displayed in section 5 of main template.
