Purpose

You run this report every quarter to prepare paper form for remunerations of civil contracts.

Selection

In addition to the standard selection options, enter the following selection parameters:

  • Quarter for remuneration into the Year/Quarterfield
  • Wage type or wage types for Remuneration into the Wage type for Remunerationfield
  • Issue date of this Remuneration into field Date
  • Specify whether you want to run the report in test mode.
In test mode, the number and date of remuneration statement is not included neither in the output screen nor on the printout. The number of statement is unique and is read from a specific number range. Before you start the report, please consider whether you want to run report with generation of remuneration number(s).

Standard Variants

Output

By choosing the corresponding check boxes on the selection screen, you can choose the following types of output:

  • Output to PDF file (check box Print PDF)
If you choose this option, you must also specify the correct PDF form template in the PDF Form Namefield.
  • ALV display (check box Display ALV).
You can use this output to check your data.

Activities

Example

You need to prepare a Quarterly Remuneration of Civil Contracts for the first quarter of the year 2016.

On selection screen, you specify the selection parameters for employees for whom you want to prepare remuneration forms. You enter the following on the selection screen:

  • Year and quarter for which you need to prepare the forms (2016 / 1),
  • The wage type(s) for remuneration into field Wage type for Remuneration
  • The issue date in the Date field
  • Choose type of output (PDF or ALV).

When the report run is complete, the generated PDF file will contain the Quarterly Remuneration of Civil Contracts.
