Purpose

You run this report to prepare a year-end statement for individuals working on a civil contract. A year-end statement is an annual summary of all payments made to the individual during the fiscal year.

Features

Selection

Enter the standard selection fields. You can also enter the BULSTAT-EIK to filter data and generate the report using only data for your selected BULSTAT-EIK.

To run the report, enter the following required fields:

  • Year
Enter the year for which you want to generate the year-end statement.
  • Wage Type for Renumeration
  • Income Code - Rental
  • Issue Date
Enter the date on which you want to issue the year-end statement.

You can also enter or select the following optional fields:

  • EGN of HR Administrator
  • Test Mode
Select this option to generate a test year-end statement. A year-end statement number is unique and assigned from the number range. If you choose to run the report in test mode, the generated year-end statement will not contain a number or issue date.
  • Display ALV
Select this option to display the year-end statement information in ALV tables. You can select this option to check data when running the report in test mode.
  • Print PDF
Select this option to generate the year-end statement as a PDF form. If you choose this option, enter the following fields to print the PDF form:
  • PDF Form Name

  • Output Device

Depending on your selection, this report displays the output data using one of the following two formats:

  • ALV tables
  • PDF form

Activities

Example

You want to prepare a PDF form of the year-end statement for civil contractors for the year 2013.

Choose the employee or set of employees for which you want to generate the year-end statement by entering the relevant data in the standard selections fields. Enter Company Code, Year, choose a wage type for renumeration, enter Issue Date, EGN of HR Administrator, select Print PDF,enter PDF Form Name and Output Device, and execute the report. A PDF form of the year-end statement is displayed. You can print your form via your selected output device.
