HBGLLVR0 - Leave order

Purpose

You run this report to create a leave order. This document generates employer for paid or unpaid leave that employee wants to take. According to legislation this order must be created in 3 copies (1 for HR department, 1 for accounting and 1 for employee).

Selection

You generate the leave order for an employee on a specific key date (date of the leave). As default is also pre-selected type of absence (in field Absence types under Option) which is used for generation of leave order. As default is used absence type 0100 (Annual leave). In case you use your own absence type(s) for leave, please, enter it in this field, because only selected type(s) of absence are used for generation of leave order. On input screen you can also enter leave request number/year (field Request number/year) and leave order number/year (field Order number/year). These numbers are a part of output form. Issue date of leave order should be entered into field Date.

Output

Report allows two types of output. The first one is output into ALV table (checkbox Display ALV on input screen is checked). This kind of output serves mainly to data check. Second kind of output is output to Word (checkbox Transfer data to Word on input screen is checked). You should choose correct word template (in field Template for Leave Order on input screen). From Word you can now print the form.

Activities

Example

You need to prepare a leave order for your employee (personnel number: 631434) which takes a leave from 1.7.2010 to 9.7.2010 (absence type 0100 entered in IT 2001).

You need to enter on input screen of this report 1.7.2010 into field Key Date, EE's personnel number 631434 into field Personnel number, check if absence type 0100 is selected in field Absence types, enter appropriate request number/year and order number/year (fields Request number/yearand Order number/year) and choose type of output (for Word output check checkbox ransfer data to Word). After run Word will contain leave order (in case you choose correct word template in field Template for Leave Order).
