HBGLOLN0 - Objects on Loan

Purpose

You run this report for each employee to obtain a detailed list of the objects out on loan.

All the records from infotype Objects on Loan (0040) for which the key date is between the start and end date are reported for each selected personnel number.

Selection

You can choose which identification of your employee will be displayed in header of output list - you can choose either Identification of employee by EGN (EGN of employee will be displayed) or Identification of employee by personnel number (personnel number /PERNR/ of employee will be displayed).

By selecting an Object on loan in the selection screen, you can display a specific loan type the employee has borrowed from the company.

Standard Variants

ALV technology is used to display the data. There is a default layout but you can also define your own layout (structure of the list column, sort criteria and filter conditions).

It is also possible to enter an ALV variant in the selection screen.

Output

The output consists of two main parts:

• Header with employee's data

• Detailed table with the objects on loan

You can print the report's output.
