Purpose

You run this report for a key date to obtain information about a position within an organizational unit. If an employee is assigned to that position, the report displays information about the employee. In addition, the report can be used to count free and occupied positions within the organizational unit.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have defined the professions in Customizing for Payroll under Payroll: Bulgaria → Personnel Management - Bulgaria → Personnel Administration → Contract Elements → Define Professions.
  • You have defined the qualification catalogue in Customizing for Personnel Management under Personnel Management → Personnel Development → Master Data → Edit QualificationCatalogue

Features

Selection

Besides the standard selection for Personnel Planning (PCH logical database), you can make the following selections under:

Position list

  • Field Survey for professions: in this field you enter the subtype for the Personnel Development Survey Results (1051) infotype.
  • Radio button Position list: if you select this button the report displays a list of the positions.
  • Field Wage types for salary: here you enter the wage types considered as a salary in the Basic Pay (0008) infotype and in the Additional Payments (0015) infotype.

  • Field Qualification object ID: here you enter the qualification object ID to see the qualification assigned to the positions. It can be used to see the required education for positions.

  • Radio button Position counting: if you select this button the report counts the number of free and occupied positions.
  • Field Profess.key length: you specify the number of profession characters to be used as key for position counting.

  • Field ALV Variant: you can also define your own layout (structure of the list column, sort criteria and filter conditions).

Standard Variants

Output

The output displays a list that with the positions or with the counting of free and occupied positions (depending on the selection done in the selection screen).
