You run this report to store information about the documents related to the employee's absences. These documents are:

  • Medical charts
  • Gravidity and maternity documents
  • Father's care after birth documents
  • Paternity documents
  • Child care documents

You use the Absences (2001) infotype to enter absences in the system. After you enter an absence, you must also create a corresponding record in the Additional Abs. Data (0082) infotype and link it with the absence record on infotype 2001. You use both of these infotypes to enter or edit the relevant information in the system.
