Purpose

You use this report to generate a PDF form of payroll information required for reporting to the National Statistics Institute (NSI) each quarter.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have run the report HBGLF760 (Form 76).
  • You have defined a variant for report HBGLPOS0 (Positions), with Position Countingset and Length of Professionset to value 1. Information on free and occupied positions is only displayed if you have defined a variant for report HBGLPOS0 (Positions).
  • You have installed Adobe Document Services (ADS). ADS is responsible for the generation of the PDF form. For more information, see http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/adobe.

Features

Selection

Enter the standard selection fields, such as Personnel Number, and Company Code, and then enter the relevant payroll information under the following tabs.

Basic options

  • BULSTAT-EIK (required field): Define the BULSTAT of your company.
  • Activity Type (required field): Define the activity type of your company.
In the case of more than one activity type, run the report for each activity type separately.
  • Year/Quarter(required field): Enter the year and quarter for which you require statistical information.
  • Include managers into Section 1 and 2 or Section 3: Choose whether managers should be included into Section1 (headcount information) and Section 2 (amounts) of the statistics form or into Section 3 (both headcount information and amounts)
  • Company -Municipality: Enter the municipality of your company.
  • Company - Region: Enter the region of your company.
  • Display ALV: Select this checkbox to display statistical data in ALV tables.
  • Display PDF: Select this checkbox to print the PDF form to be submitted to the NSI.
  • PDF Form Name: Enter the name of the PDF form that you want to use for Quarters 1, 2, and 3.
  • PDF Form for Q4 Name: Enter the name of the PDF form that you want to use for Quarter 4.
  • Output Device: Define the output device for printing the form.

Section 1

Section 1 contains input parameters for employees with Labor Contract I and II.

  • Maternity Absence Type: Specify an absence type for maternity.
  • Wage Types for Salary: Specify wage types for salary.
  • Minimum Wage: Select the relevant employees.
The following information is displayed under the field Minimum Wage:
  • Equal to Minimum: Employees for whom the basic pay is equal to the statutory minimum.

  • Less Than Minimum: Employees for whom the basic pay is below the statutory minimum.

  • Less Than or Equal to: Employees for whom the basic pay is below or equal to the statutory minimum.

Section 2

Section 2 contains input parameters for the payroll calculation for employees on Labor Contracts I and II.

  • Basic Pay: Specify wage types for basic pay.
  • Bonuses: Specify wage types for bonuses.
  • Bonuses Recurring: Define wage types for bonuses paid on a recurring basis.

  • Annual bonuses: Specify wage types for annual bonuses.
  • Paid Leave: Specify wage types for paid leave.
  • Additional Payments: Specify wage types for various additional payments
  • Overtime: Define wage types for the payment of overtime.

  • Additional LOS Payments: Define wage types for additional LOS (Length of Service) payments.

  • Contributions: Specify wage types for contributions.
  • Social Program: Define wage types used for social program payments.
  • ER Tax - Soc. Program (m1): Enter the corporate tax amount paid for social programs in the first month of the quarter.
  • ER Tax - Soc. Program (m2): Enter the corporate tax amount paid for social programs in the second month of the quarter.
  • ER Tax - Soc. Program (m3): Enter the corporate tax amount paid for social programs in the third month of the quarter.

Section 3

Section 3contains input parameters for the counting of employees, and payroll calculation for employees with Labor Contract II, managerial contracts, and individuals working on civil contracts.

  • Income from Managerial Contracts: Specify wage types used for employees with managerial contracts.
  • Income from Civil Contracts: Specify wage types used for individuals with civil contracts.
  • Income of LC Art. 111: Specify wage types used for employees with labor contracts under Article 111.
  • Income from Honoraria (m1): Enter the total income from honoraria, payments made to lecturers and similar employees for the first month of the quarter.
  • Income from Honoraria (m2): Enter the total income from honoraria, payments made to lecturers and similar employees for the second month of the quarter.
  • Income from Honoraria (m3): Enter the total income from honoraria, payments made to lecturers and similar employees for the third month of the quarter.
  • ER Insur. - Honoraria (m1): Enter the amount of employer's insurance which was paid from income defined in Income - Honoraria (m1).
  • ER Insur. - Honoraria (m2): Enter the amount of employer's insurance which was paid from income defined in Income - Honoraria (m2).
  • ER Insur. - Honoraria (m3): Enter the amount of employer's insurance which was paid from income defined in Income - Honoraria (m3).

Section 5

Section 5 contains input parameters used to call report HBGLPOS0 (Positions). The data from report HBGLPOS0 is then displayed in Section 5 of the PDF form.

  • Call "Position" Report: Select this checkbox to call data from report HBGLPOS0.
  • Variant for "Position" Report: If you have selected the previous checkbox, enter the variant of HBGLPOS0.
When this report is executed, the data for the start and end of the quarter is called from the specified variant defined in HBGLPOS0 (Positions).

Standard Variants

Output

This report displays and outputs a PDF form that contains the required layout and data for the National Statistics Institute. You can check data in the displayed ALV tables before printing. Data displayed in the ALV tables are separated according to the corresponding tabs in the report, and on the PDF form.

Each section contains data for every month in the quarter. Each month is represented on a separate line and the data is displayed in columns as follows.

Section 1

  • MonthInQ (Month In Quarter): Displays the number of the month in the quarter.
  • 1000 FD (1000: EEs At First Day): Displays the number of employees active on the first day of the period.
  • 1100 HDM (1100: Hired EEs During Month): Displays the number of employees hired during the period.
  • 1200 LCM (1200: EEs Left Company During Month): Displays the number of employees who left the company during the period.
  • 1300 LD (1300: EEs At Last Day): Displays the number of employees active by the last day of the period.
  • 1310 LDP (1310: EEs At Last Day - Part Timers): Displays the number of part-time employees active by the last day of the period.
  • 1320 LDM (1320: EEs At Last Day - Maternity): Displays the number of employees on maternity leave by the last day of the period.
  • 1330 MS (1330: EEs At Last Day - Minimal Salary): Displays the number of employees according to the selection in the field Minimum Salary.
  • 2000 Avg (2000: Average Number of EEs): Displays the average number of employees. This calculation considers the number of normative days in which the employee is active (employee's active period is reduced by absences according to the settings made in Customizing) and the Capacity Util. Levelin the Basic Pay (0008) infotype.
  • 2100 AvA: (2100: Average No. of Active EEs):Displays the average number of active employees.
  • 2101 AAW (2101: Average No. of Active EEs - Women):Displays the average number of active female employees.
  • 3000 WD (3000: Worked Days): Displays the number of days worked by employees.
  • 3010 WDP (3010: Worked Days - Part Timers): Displays the number of days worked by part-time employees.
  • 3100 WH (3100: Worked Hours): Displays the number of hours worked by employees.
  • 3110 WHP (3110: Worked Hours - Part Timers): Displays the number of hours worked by part-time employees.
  • 3200 AD (3200: Absence Days): Displays the number of employee absence days.
  • 3210 ADL (3210: Absence Days Without Paid Leave): Displays the number of absence days without paid leave.

Section 2

  • 4000 TI (4000: Total Income): Displays the total income of employees.
  • 4001 TIW (4001: Total Income - Women): Displays total income of female employees
  • 4010 BP (4010: Basic Pay): Displays the total income from basic pay.
  • 4020 Bo (4020: Bonuses): Displays the total income from bonuses paid to employees.
  • 4021 BoR (4021: Bonuses - Recurring): Displays the total income from bonuses paid to employees on a recurring basis.
  • 4030 IPL (4030: Income From Paid Leaves): Displays the total income from paid leave.
  • 4040 IAP (4040: Income From Additional Payments): Displays the total income from additional payments.
  • 4050 IOv (4050: Income From Overtime): Displays the total income from overtime.
  • 4051 IAPL (4051 Income From Add. LOS Payments): Displays the total income from additional LOS payments.
  • 4100 Con (4100: Contributions): Displays the total amount of contributions.
  • 4200 IER (4200: Insurance Paid By Employer): Displays the total amount of insurance paid by the employer.
  • 4300 SoP (4300: Social Program): Displays the total amount paid for social programs.
  • 4400 TSP (4400: ER Tax - Social Program): Displays the tax paid by the employer in connection with social programs.

Section 3

  • 5100A HC (5100A: Hired Civil Contracts): Displays the number of individuals on civil contracts hired during a month. This is the first part of code 5100.
  • 5100B IC (5100B: Income Of Civil Contracts): Displays the total income of individuals working on civil contracts. This is the second part of code 5100.
  • 5110A HC (Hired Civil Contracts (ER only)): Displays the number of individuals on civil contracts hired during a month who have contracts with your company only. This is the first part of code 5110.
  • 5110B IC (5110B: Income Of Civil Contr. (ER only)): Displays total income of individuals working on civil contract who have contracts with your company only. This is the second part of code 5110.
  • 5200A HM (5200A: Hired Managerial Contracts): Displays the number of employees on managerial contracts hired during the month. This is the first part of code 5200.
  • 5200B IM (5200B: Income Of Managerial Contracts): Displays the total income of employees working on managerial contracts. This is the second part of code 5200.
  • 5300A HLCA (5300A: Hired Labour Contracts - Art. 111): Displays the number of employees on Labor Contracts Art. 111 hired during the month. This is the first part of code 5300.
  • 5300B ILCA (5300B: Income Of Lab.Contracts - Art.111): Displays the total income of employees working on Labor Contracts Art. 111. This is the second part of code 5300.
  • 5400B IH (5400B: Income From Honoriaria/Payments for Lectures/...): Displays the total income from honoraria, payments made to lecturers and similar employees. This is the second part of code 5400; the first part of code 5400 is not required by the NSI.
  • 5500B In (5500B: Insurance Paid By Employer): Displays the amount of insurance paid by the employer for employees who are not included in Section 3. This is the second part of code 5500; the first part of code 5500 is not required by the NSI.

Section 5

  • Pos.Type (Type Of Position): Displays position information. This column displays one of two values: Occupiedor Free
  • TotalPos (Total Count Of Positions): displays the total count of positions. This is determined from the sum of positions from following columns. These columns display the number of positions for professions starting with profession codes 1 through to 9.
  • Prof. 1 (Count Of Positions For Profession 1)

  • Prof. 2 (Count Of Positions For Profession 2)

  • Prof. 3 (Count Of Positions For Profession 3)

  • Prof. 4 (Count Of Positions For Profession 4)

  • Prof. 5 (Count Of Positions For Profession 5)

  • Prof. 6 (Count Of Positions For Profession 6)

  • Prof. 7 (Count Of Positions For Profession 7)

  • Prof. 8 (Count Of Positions For Profession 8)

  • Prof. 9 (Count Of Positions For Profession 9)

Activities

Example

You want to print a PDF form with payroll information for the 4th quarter of 2014 to submit to the National Statistics Institute. You have already prepared the variant Statistics in the HBGLPOS0 (Positions)report.

Enter the required fields such as BULSTAT-EIK, Activity Type, Year and Quarter. Select the checkbox Display PDF under Basic Options, enter a name into PDF Form Name (default HR_BG_STATISTICS) and choose an output device. Enter all the necessary fields, such as Absence Types, and Wage Types,under the remaining tabs. Select the checkbox Call "Positions" Report under Section 5 and enter the variant report name Statisticsinto the Variant for "Positions" Report field. Execute the report and the PDF form is displayed.
