HBGUABS0 - Absence-Related Customizing for HCM Bulgaria

Purpose
You use this report to display the most important settings related to absence processing in the Bulgaria.
Integration
The report displays a subset of the information defined in the following customizing tables:
- Absence definitions,,T554S, T554T
- Splitting rules,,T7BG0C, T554A
- Valuation rules,,T554C, T554O
- Counting rules,,T556D
- Wage types,,T512W
The relationship between the tables and the data (table columns) displayed are restricted to the data used in Bulgaria. Therefore, the use of this data for other purposes is limited.
Prerequisites
Features
Selection
You can limit the set of absence types that are to be displayed on the selection screen by means of the Absence type parameter. You also need to define the following parameters to display the correct data.
- Grouping for absences - corresponds to T554S-MOABW
- Modif A- corresponds to T554C-MODIF
- Key date - date by which all tables are read
- Time quota grouping- corresponds to T554A-MOPGK
Standard Variants
Output
The data displayed by the report are grouped into the following logical groups:
- Absence definition data (T554S)
- Split rules for sick leaves (T5S0C, T554A)
- Final valuation rules
- Valuation rule details (T554C)
- Valuation in payroll (T512W)
Due to the large number of columns displayed and the technical nature of the report, which is designed as a tool for consultants, the column headings of the report use abbreviations and no additional explanations are provided.
