HBRCHMN0 - HomologNet

General Material Data   PERFORM Short Reference

Purpose

This program creates the XML file necessary to perform electronically the homologation of an employee termination in the HomologNet system, as established by the decree 1620 of 14 July 2010. The employer registers in HomologNet and uploads the XML file that contains data from one or more terminations. In turn, the HomologNet calculates and generates the work contract termination term.

The XML file is composed by the following records:

• 0 - Initial data

• 1 - Employer identification data

• 2 - Employee identification data

• 3 - Work contract data

• 4 - Employee vacation data

• 5 - Employee Christmas allowance data

• 6 - Employee movement data

• 7 - Financial data for termination calculation

• 8 - Deduction data

• 9 - Code data

Integration

Prerequisites

The employee was dismissed.

You performed the following customizing activities:

• Assign absence type grouping

• Set values for the record Initial data

• Set employee union identification

• Set absence reason

• Mantain movement code

• Set internal wage types

• Set external wage types

• Set salary creation type

• BAdI: Termination term and HomologNet

Features

Selection

Enter the standard selection criteria, as period or a personnel number range.

Fill in the employer's union entity data. Fill in both fields in format 99999999999999. The field CNPJ Union ent./CNPJ account EES is mandatory if the company is regularly registered as optant of the national simplified tax system.

Standard Variants

Output

The program generates a log with information about processing and about the employees selected and processed. In node TemSe, click the icon Detail to see or save the XML file generated.

Activities

To access the program SAP Easy Access, choose Staff -> Payroll -> America-> Brazil-> Subsequent activities -> Period independent -> Analysis-> Termination-> HomologNet.
