HBRPBSABNP - Report to validate the permanence bonus entitlement

Purpose
The purpose of this report is to verifiy whether the public servant fullfills all the requirements for the entitlement of the Permanence bonus. The report performs the following verifications:
- age
- effective time of exercise in the job
- contribution time
- additional contribution time
If all the verifications are correct, the information is registered in the Permanence bonusinfotype; for that, you need to select the Test flag in the selection screen. In situations where the checking is not necessary, the infotype must be manually recorded.
