Purpose
The purpose of the Pensioner Inclusion program is the inclusion of the public sector pensioner and the validation of the information referring to "active" status employees (for any other status, the inclusion is processed without validation).
Integration
If the servant already has pensioners assigned to him/her, the program will check whether those pensioners are dependents of the servant or not.
Prerequisites
Features
- Creates the Actions, Organizational Assignment, Personal Data, Basic Pay and Pensioner's Additional Information infotypes;
- For the temporary pension type, the system automatically calculates the age limit (date) for the pension entitlement, and this date is suggested as the validity end date of the infotype.
- List all the registered pensioners (Pensioner additional information infotype - IT0931) and servant's dependents (Family Member/Dependents - IT0021). The already registered pensioners will be displayed only.
Selection
The following selection fields must be validated:
- Position: defines in which position the pensioner must be registered;
- Wage type: the wage types registered in this field will be stored in the pensioner's Basic Pay infotype;
- Pension type: for life-long pension, the program must activate the PensEndcolumn, and suggest the end date as 31/12/9999; for temporary pension, the program must activate the PensEnd column, and suggest as end date, the date when the pensioner will reach the age limit for the pension benefit;
- Pension begin: if the date is changed, the program must check whether the new date is greater than the inactivity date of the deceased servant;
Note
- When the program is executed for a servant whose dependents have already been registered as pensioners, those dependents cannot be selected again.
- The above mentioned data are selected through the Pensioner's Addtitional Information infotype. However, if the user has included a pensioner who is not one of the servant's dependents, the progrma must check the Pensioner Assignmentinfotype (IT0931) of the deceased servant.
