Purpose

This program is responsible for the maintenance of the vacation and bonus leave planning by the manager. The result of the program execution will be stored in the Vacation and Bonus Leave Planning infotype (IT0932) of each servant.

Integration

Organization Management (OM).

Prerequisites

  • The Organization Management (OM) component has been previously implemented in your company.
  • The following IMG steps have been configured:

Features

  1. It checks the planning information that is stored in the tables mentioned above (IMG), and in the following infotypes:
  • Absences - IT2001

  • Absence Quotas - IT2006

  • Vacation and Bonus Leave Planning - IT0932

  • Organizational Assignment - IT0001

  • Personal Data - IT0002

  • Public Employee Functional Data - IT0921

  1. It validates the informed field values;
  2. It saves (or deletes, if it is the case) the information in the Vacation and Bonus Leave Planning infotype (IT0932).

Selection

You must enter the period you wish to plan for (it must not exceed one year).

Standard Variants

Output

In the output, this report displays the processed information in three parts:

  • Name / Period: Name of the selected employees and the planning period for each of them, displayed in a calendar with symbols and colors.
Note: The meaning of each color/symbol is explained in the color legend (press the color legend button on the top of the screen);
  • Employee data;
  • Planning Data: Absence Quota, Absence Planning, Additional Data.
