HBRRTER2 - Work Contract Termination Term (2011)

Purpose

This program is used for the execution of the legal document Employment Agreement Termination, used to specify the amount received by the employee in case of severity pay upon termination. It is also used as severity pay receipt. The legal document generated by this program complies with Ordinance 1621 and it is valid from 1 January 2011 to 31 July 2012.

Integration

Prerequisites

The employee must have been dismissed.

Payroll must have been executed.

You have executed the customizing activities Define wage types for the Employment Agreement Termination and BAdI: Employment Agreement Termination and HomologNet (optional).

Features

Selection

Insert standard selection criteria, for example period or a personnel number range.

In the Execution type frame, select the payroll reading that the program must do: termination sheet execution reading, termination sheet execution reading with the calculation differences, or only calculation differences reading.

Standard Variants

Output

The program generates the archive with the employee termination data according to the specifications of Ordinance 1621. You can visualize and print the archive.

Select Backto visualize the log with information on the program processing and the selected and processed employees.

Activities

To access the program, in menu SAP Easy Access, choose Personnel-> Payroll -> America -> Brazil-> Subsequent activities -> Period-independent -> Analysis -> Termination-> Employment Agreement Termination (2011).
