Purpose
You use this report to generate the document Unemployment insurance application - SD. The report generates the document in the following formats, accepted by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) according to the dates established by the MTE:
- Format for printing, accepted until 31 March 2015
- Format for send via Internet, accepted from 1 April 2015 on

Integration
The document Unemployment Insurance Application is handled by the system as an eSocial event. However, the document is not transmitted to the responsible entities the same way as the eSocial events. Therefore, SAP offers a different report to generate the document and does not make the document available as an event in the reports that generate eSocial events.
Prerequisites
You have filled in the following infotypes and subinfotypes for the employees:

You have checked that the relevant wage types are marked with the evaluation class 16, value 01.
You have filled in the field CBO of the document according to the following instructions:
- If your company assigns a CBO to the employee position, perform the customizing activity Assign CBO to the employee position (BR).
- If your company does not assign a CBO to the employee position, use the BAdI: Unemployment insurance.
Features
Selection
Select the period of the documents, the employee or the employee group and the personnel action type.
In the Other options frame, specify if you want to generate the document in format for printing or in format for sending via Internet:
- If you choose to print the document, choose also the forms for the original and the duplicate, and if you want that the report reads the employee job or position.
- If you choose to generate the document for sending via Internet, also choose if you want to see the detailed document information and if you want to run the report in the production mode, by saving the data in the system data bank.
Choose also if the system must check whether the employee has the appropriate working time to apply for the unemployment insurance.
Standard Variants
Output
The report output displays the document for printing or sending via Internet, and also the corresponding error or warning messages.
If you have selected Print document, the report displays the documents generated in the SAPscript output form.
If you have selected Generate document for Internet,, the report displays as many entries as generated documents.
To save a document and send it later via Internet to the MTE, select Export.
Activities
To access this report, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel-> Payroll -> America -> Brazil-> Subsequent activities -> Period-independent -> Analysis -> Termination -> Dismissal notification.
