HBRTMIF0 - SREP: data import of eletronic time register

Purpose
This program reads data from the source file for data (AFD) and imports it into the system. The AFD is generated by the electronic time register (REP), and its use is defined by Law 1510, 21. August 2009.
Integration
Prerequisites
The employee must be active and have a record in infotype Documents (0465), subtype PIS/PASEP (0006).
The employee must have a time recording ID card number in infotype Time recording information (0050).
You performed the customizing activity Register REP number.
Features
Selection
Select the AFD coming from REP and select the check-boxes according to the processing steps that you want to perform.
Standard Variants
Output
The program generates a log with four nodes.
The node Technical details shows detailed information on the report run. This node presents the following tables:
- Additional statistics: shows the total of read and imported records.
- Records read from interface: shows the records sent in the file.
- Duplicated records skipped: shows the duplicated records sent in the file.
- Employee with problem in PIS number: shows the situations in which more than one employee presents the same PIS number.
The node Statistics shows statistical data of the program execution.
The node General messages shows error messages regarding the program execution.
The node Person-specific messages shows error messages regarding persons.
Activities
To access this program, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel -> Payroll -> America -> Brazil -> Information system -> Employees -> SREP: REP data import.
