HBRTRPA0 - SREP: mass maintenance of discard reason of time events

Purpose

This program displays the time event records excluded from the electronic time register (REP) and allows the user to insert a justification for those records.

Integration

Prerequisites

There must exist employees with excluded time event records.

You registered justifications for the excluded records in the customizing activity Maintain presence/absence reasons.

Features

Selection

Insert standard selection criteria, like period or a personnel number range.

Select the check-box Display log if you want to display information on employees processed with errors.

Select the check-box Show only record w/o reason so that the system shows only the records missing for maintenance.

Standard Variants

Output

The program generates a log with the selected number of employees and the number of employees rejected with a notice. If you have selected Display log, the program displays the error messages of the employees processed unsuccessfully.

If there are no employees processed with errors, the programa displays an ALV with the following information:

• Personnel no.

• Record date and hour

• Time event type

• Terminal ID

• Presence/absence reason

• Record origin

• Day assignment

In field Presence/absence reason, you enter the justification for the excluded time event record.

Activities

To access this program, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel-> Payroll -> America-> Brazil-> Information system -> Employees-> SREP: mass maintenance of discard reason of time events.
