HBRTRSF0 - SREP: generation of AFDT and ACJEF files

Purpose

This program generates the source file for treated data (AFDT) and the work schedule file for tax purposes (ACJEF). The files follow the structure and content determined by Law 1510, 21. August 2009, and by Law 2233, 17. November 2009, regarding the electronic time register system (SREP).

Integration

Prerequisites

In infotype Planned working time (0007), the employee must have the option Actual time evaluationselected for the field Employee status for Time Management.

The employee must be active and have a record in infotype Documents (0465), subtype PIS/PASEP (0006).

You executed the program SREP: mass maintenance of discard reason of time events (HBRTRPA0).

You performed the customizing activity Define absence code.

Features

Selection

Insert the standard selection criteria, like period or personnel number range.

Select the file type that you want to generate. AFDT displays information on employer, employee and selections included or excluded in the system. ACJEF displays information on employer, employee and contractual schedules of the employee.

Standard Variants

Output

The program generates a log with information on the processing and on the selected and processed employees. In node TemSe, click on the icon Detailto view or save the generated AFDT or ACJEF file.

Activities

To access this program, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel -> Payroll -> America -> Brazil -> Information system -> Employees -> SREP: generation of AFDT and ACJEF files.
