Purpose

You use this report to generate affidavits ("declaraciones juradas") for income tax declaration purposes, in the format defined by the Chilean Internal Tax Service ("Servicio de Impuestos Internos" - SII).

How to execute the report in background mode

  • Fill in the Application Server Path field on the selection screen of the report (this field only appears if you have performed the Customizing activity mentioned above).
To view all the available application servers, execute transaction AL11. Copy the Directoryof the chosen server ("/tmp", for example) and paste it in the Application server path field.
  • Execute the report in background mode.
Note
When you execute the report in background mode, it only generates one output file and saves it on the application server - the electronic file according to the Form 1887 layout ("Formulario 1887").

How to display and download the output files

On the output screen of the report, you can choose one of the following:

  • PDF pushbutton: The report generates a form in PDF format, according to the certificate number 6 layout ("Certificado 6"). According to article 101 of the income tax law, this certificate must be issued by the employer when requested by the employee, certifying each employee's wages, pensions and complementary incomes for income tax declaration purposes.
  • TemSepushbutton: The report generates a simplified TemSe file, according to the Form 1887 layout. This form must be issued by the employer and submitted to the SII. In this simplified TemSe file not all fields are filled in, therefore, it cannot be submitted to the SII as is. After choosing the TemSe pushbutton, you can display and download the TemSe file.
Note
If you want to display and download TemSe files generated in previous executions of the HCLCCRTA0 report, use the HR-CL: TemSe Display/Download Utility (HCLUTMS0) report.
  • Form 1887 pushbutton: The report generates an electronic file according to the Form 1887 layout ("Formulario 1887"), complete to be submitted directly to the SII. Before generating this file you must obtain the necessary codes from the SII (Company Code, Customer Number, and Version Number) and execute the Customizing activity Maintain Codes for Form 1887 Electronic File.

How to display and download the output file if you have executed the report in background mode

The report generates the electronic file according to the Form 1887 layout on the chosen application server, with the name F1887_COMP_DATE, where:

  • COMP is the company code selected in the report.
  • DATE is the day when the report was run, in format YYYYMMDD.

You can display the file in transaction AL11, by double-clicking on the selected application server and then on the file.

You can download the file in transaction CG3Y, by executing the following steps:

  • In field Source file on application server, enter the application file path followed by "/" and the file name. For example, to download a file generated for Company Code CL01 on 15.08.2013 and saved on the path "/tmp", enter "/tmp/F1887_CL01_20130815" in this field.
  • In field Target file on front end, select where the file will be saved on the local computer (for example, "c:\temp\F1887_CL01_20130815").
  • Under Transfer format for data, select ASC.
  • Choose the Downloadpushbutton.
