Purpose

You use this report to generate the Remuneration and Labor Cost form (Formulario de Encuesta Mensual de Remuneraciones y Costo de la Mano de Obra, in Spanish) in PDF format, according to the requirements of the National Statistics Institute of Chile (INE).

Some Chilean companies are obliged to submit this report to INE.

This report uses the DAQ Framework to fill in most of the information (in transaction HR99S00_DAQVIEW,you can view the DAQ configuration).

The form is composed by the following sections:

  • Sections I, II-A, II-B, III, IV, and V are filled by the standard system, using the wage types specified in the DAQ Framework.
  • Section VI is defined according to the following:
  • Field 1is filled by BAdI HRPAYCL_INE.

  • Field 2is filled by the standard system.

  • Sections VII, IX, and X are filled via BAdI.
  • Section VIII is composed by the following criteria:
  • There is no legal definition on how field Gshould be filled in case there is more than one instance of 'other weekly hours per contract'.

  • This field will be filled with the number of hours of the first employee listed on the report screen.

  • The filed Other occurrenceswill not be filled.

The method CHANGE_INEin the BAdI for INE (HRPAYCL_INE) can edit and fill any of the form fields. Method CHANGE_INEhas only one parameter that contains the entire PDF structure.

Sections VI, VII, and IX contain fields that should be filled with SÍ/NO. To fill them correctly, you must use the character Yfor SÍand Nfor NO.

Prerequisites

You have made the necessary settings in Customizing for Payroll Chile under Social Insurance -> Legal Reporting and Interfaces -> Remuneration and Labor Cost Form (INE).
