HCLCISPR0 - Statement of Health Insurance Contributions (ISAPRE)

Purpose

You use this report to generate statements of health insurance contributions in the format defined by the private health insurers (ISAPREs).

Integration

If your company has an agreement to pay social insurance contributions online, use one of the following reports to generate the necessary files:

• PREVIRED Interface (HCLCPRVD0)

• CCAF Interface (HCLCICAF0)

Prerequisites

You have executed the following activities in Customizing for Payroll Chile:

• Create Institution Master Data for Reporting

• Define Reading of Absences

• Specify Personnel Action Codes

• Assign Institution Code to Pension Plan/Subplan

Features

Selection

If there have been changes to any of the following data pertaining to your company, you must select the applicable checkbox(es):

• Legal Representative Change

• Employer Address Change

• Employer RUT Change

In the Income Type group box you indicate which type of statement you want to generate:

• To submit the statement and pay the contributions, select Declaration and Payment.

• To submit the statement without paying the contributions, select Declaration and Non-Payment.

• To pay the contributions from the previously sent statement, select Previous Declaration Payment.

• To submit the statement of contributions due on gratuityand pay them, select Gratuity.

If you have selected Gratuity, you must also inform the Gratuity Period.
