HCLCPRVD0 - PREVIRED Interface

Purpose

You use this report to generate a file with extension TXT, which you can upload to the PREVIRED website.

By uploading this file, you inform your employee's social insurance contributions, and you can generate the respective payment orders on the website.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have executed the following Customizing activities:

• Create Institution Master Data for Reporting

• Define Reading of Absences

• Specify Personnel Action Codes

• Assign Institution Code to Pension Plan/Subplan

• Define Payee per Company Code

• Assign Internal Code to Payee

• Determine Worker Type

• Determine If Company Change Is Reported As Termination

• Define Heavy Work Job Names

• Specify Option for Adjustments after Termination

• Set Limit Days for Adjustments after Termination

Features

The social insurance contributions included in the output of this report are:

• Pensions (AFP and INP)

• Health insurance (ISAPRE and FONASA)

• Family allowances (CCAF)

• Mutual insurance associations

• Unemployment insurance (AFC)

• Voluntary pension savings (APV)

Selection

On the selection screen of the report, you must select one of the following payment types:

• Remuneration: To report contributions on remuneration.

• Gratuity: To report contributions on gratuity.

• Modernization bonus: This option is relevant only for public companies. Select this payment type to report contributions on public company modernization bonus paid to your employees.

This bonus follows a specific legislation. Public companies can start paying this bonus to their employees while waiting for approval from the government. Once the government grants the approval, the social insurance contributions must be paid retroactively.

The output of this report is a TXT file according to the format defined by PREVIRED.
