Purpose

This report enables you to display, print, and download the contribution details for public housing fund. When you execute the report after filling the selection screen, it will show the number of successful results and results with error. Double-click on the number field will lead to the detailed basic list for successful results or error message list for results with error.

Prerequisites

To output the report with customized formats using custom download, the following prerequisites must be met:

  • You have defined report output formats in Customizing for Payroll under Payroll: China -> Flexible Reporter-> Define Report Formats.

Features

Selection

In addition to the standard selection criteria, you can choose standard download or custom download.

  • For standard download, you can specify the following:
  • Sum up result

If you select the Sum up result checkbox, you can sum up the result of a group of employees during one period.
  • Contribution area/change reason

If you specify both the contribution area and the change reason, the report displays employees within the contribution area whose contribution account has been changed so in current period. For example, you choose "Transfer in" as the change reason in contribution area "Beijing", the personnel number xxxxxxxx whose account has been transferred out will not be displayed in the successful result.
If you only specify the contribution area, the report displays employees within a certain contribution area.
  • For custom download, you can specify the following:
  • File path and file name prefix

You can specify the file path and file name prefix for downloading reports of customized formats. The report program adds default parts to the file name prefix you specify and saves the files in the path you specify.
  • Split criteria

The report program uses the split criteria to split the output results with customized formats into separate files or worksheets.
If you do not specify split criteria, the system generates a separate file for each report format.
If you specify split criteria, the system uses these criteria to generate a separate file for each of the split criteria for each report format.

Standard Variants

Output

For standard download, the report outputs the contribution data in standard format as follows:

  • Displays the data in standard format in SAP List Viewer
To view the data in SAP List Viewer, choose the Change Between ALV and Application Log pushbutton.
You can print the output list or the PDF form that appears on the screen. To print certain columns, you select columns which need not be printed by using the button Hide column/line under the list to remove them.
  • Downloads the data in standard format to your local PC
The system creates the files in accordance with the filename, extension, and file path that you specify on the selection screen. Depending on the extension, you can process the resulting file using a word processor or a spreadsheet application.

For custom download, the report outputs the contribution data as follows:

  • Downloads the data in customized formats to your local PC
The system creates the files in accordance with the file name prefix and file path that you specify on the selection screen. The system saves the contribution data in separate files or worksheets as follows:
  • A separate file or worksheet for each format, if you do not specify split criteria

  • A separate file or worksheet for each of the split criteria for each report format, If you have specified split criteria

  • Displays the data in customized formats in the system
After the successful custom download, you can take a preview of the downloaded data by expanding the node of custom download data and double-clicking a file name.

On the ALV output screen, you can choose Summaryto see a summary for each contribution area.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> China -> Subsequent Activities -> Per payroll period -> Reporting -> Public Housing Fund.
