HCNCSI00 - Social Insurance Contribution Data
General Data in Customer Master PERFORM Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
This report enables you to display, print, or download employer and employee contribution details for the following social insurance types:
- Pension insurance
- Unemployment insurance
- Medical insurance
- On-the-Job injury insurance
- Maternity insurance
To meet requirements in your company, you can include insurance-related data in the report output. You specify the wage types that contain the required data in the Customizing activity Define Additional Wage Types for Social Insurance Reporting.
You can use the report as a reference to check contributions in a particular period.
Prerequisites
You have completed the following steps:
- Made the necessary settings in Customizing for Payroll under Payroll: China -> Master Data ->Social Insurance
- Entered the necessary data for each employee in the Social Insurance (0531) infotype
- Specified the customer-specific wage types in the Customizing activity Define Additional Wage Types for Social Insurance Reporting
- Run payroll for the periods for which you want to prepare a report
To generate the social insurance report with customized formats using custom download, the following prerequisites must be met:
- You have defined report formats in Customizing for Payroll under Payroll: China -> Flexible Reporter-> Define Report Formats.
- You have assigned default formats for the social insurance report in Customizing for Payroll under Payroll: China -> Flexible Reporter-> Determine Default Format of Social Insurance Report.
Features
Selection
In addition to the standard selection criteria, you can specify the following:
- Pay Date or Payroll Period
- You can specify the payroll periods or range of pay dates for which you want to process data. If you specify a range of pay dates, the report processes payroll periods according to the pay dates that you specify for each period in the Customizing activity Generate Payroll Periods. The system also processes data from on-demand payroll runs for which the pay date lies within the specified range.
- The contribution area for which you want to process contribution data
- The social insurance types that you want to include in the report output
- Customer-specific wage types for employees
- Whether you want to output contribution subtotals for the selected employees by contribution area and company code (Only applicable for the Standard Download function)
- Whether you want to output the average salary of the previous year
- Standard Download
- You can use this function to download social insurance reports with standard format.
- Custom Download
- You can use this function to download social insurance reports with customized format.
- File path and file name prefix for Custom Download
- You can specify the file path and file name prefix for downloading reports of customized formats. The report program adds default suffix to the file name prefix you specify and saves the files in the path you specify.
- Split criteria used by the report program to split the output results of customized formats into separate files or worksheets
- If you do not specify split criteria, the system generates a separate file for each of the social insurance report formats used.
- If you specify split criteria, the system uses these criteria to generate a separate file for each of the split criteria for each report format.
Standard Variants
Output
For standard download, the report displays contribution data in standard format in SAP List Viewer. You can process this data as follows:
- Print the data
- Download the data in standardformat to electronic files
- To download the data in standard format to your local PC, choose Downloadon the output screen. The system creates the files in accordance with the filename prefix, extension, and path data that you specify on the selection screen. Depending on the extension, you can process the resulting file using a word processor or a spreadsheet application, for example.
- The report generates a separate file for each combination of contribution area and company code that you specify on the selection screen.
- The structure of the exported file reflects the layout of the output table. You can adjust the layout before you download the file. For more information, choose @0S@ (Information) on the output screen.
- The output table is saved as text in ASCII format. The data is arranged in columns that are separated by tab characters.
- For any employees that the report cannot process successfully, you can display system messages by choosing List Messageson the output screen.
For custom download, the report outputs social insurance data in customized formats as follows:
- Downloads the data in customizedformats to your local PC
- The system creates the files in accordance with the file name prefix and file path that you specify on the selection screen. The system saves the social insurance data in separate files or worksheets as follows:
- A separate file or worksheet for each format, if you do not specify split criteria
- A separate file or worksheet for each of the split criteria for each report format, If you have specified split criteria
- For information about the generated file names, see F1 help for the Path and File Name field.
- For any employees that the report cannot process successfully, you can display system messages by choosing List Messageson the output screen.
- Displays the data in customized formats in the system
- After the successful custom download, you can take a preview of the social insurance data in customized formats by choosing Custom Download Data on the output screen and double-clicking a file name.
- You can also check the Custom Download Error List for system messages, if any.
On the ALV output screen, you can choose Summaryto see a summary for each contribution area.
Activities
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> China -> Subsequent Activities -> Per payroll period -> Reporting -> Social Insurance.
