HCNTERM0 - Generate Statement of Employment Termination (China)

You can use this report in conjunction with SAP enhancement Package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 only.

Purpose

You use this report to generate the termination statement to an employee when his or her labor contract terminates.

The system retrieves the employee's master data to fill in the blanks in the pre-defined PDF form, including the following information:

• Employee's working period

• Termination reason

• Employer's obligations

• Details of the termination payments that the employee is eligible for

Integration

To meet your own requirements, you can change or create your own PDF-based termination statement by the following methods:

• Create new PDF forms based on the existing structure PCN_FORM_TERMINATION

Note:

You can extend the existing structure by entering less than five non-standard wage types in Customizing of Determine Wage Types in Termination Result. To display the relevant values, create new PDF forms.

• Create implementation for the BAdI: Modification of Termination Statement to change the content displayed in the standard form HR_CN_TERMINATION

• Append new elements to the existing structure PCN_FORM_TERMINATION, then create BAdI implementation, and new PDF form

Prerequisites

• You must have performed the Termination personnel action for the selected employees.

• You have determined the PDF-based form used for generating the termination statement by Customizing setting Feature: Determine Default Values for Simulation Advanced Settings

If you have selected more than one employee for processing, you use the Previousand Nextpush buttons on the top to check their statements one by one.

Activities

To access this report on the SAP Menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> China -> Information System -> Termination -> Generate Statement of Employment Termination.
