HCNUSAC_RDF - Statistical Report Engine

Purpose

You can use the Statistical Report Engine to calculate the values, for example, how many people there are listed in a certain category, which some statistical reports need. The system fills out these statistical reports with the calculated values. You can run the Statistical Report Engine for several statistical reports at one time.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have defined and assigned the relevant statistical reports on the Report Management Platform.

Features

Selection

You can run the Statistical Report Engine either as a regular, periodic reporting process as defined on the Report Management Platform or as a temporary reporting process in which you can view the values for a specific key date.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays the selected statistical reports grouped by organizational unit in the navigation panel on the left. You can double-click a statistical report to view the values that the Statistical Report Engine obtained from the system in the Display Report Data list. If you selected Periodic Reporting on the selection screen, you can save these values for the statistical report.

Activities

To access the Statistical Report Engine, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> China -> Tools -> Report Management -> Statistical Report Engine.
