Description

Program that generates the Payroll Payment and Severance Statements for the employee.

The Payment Statement is generated according to the payroll frequency of the employee, each time the program HVECALC0 is executed. The payment receipt contains information from the wage types associated with an employee in a payroll period.

The Severance Statement must be generated upon executing the termination process. It contains information from the wage types that are cancelled when the employee leaves the company: fringe benefits, seniority, notice and profit shares, amongst others.

Requirements

The customer must set up the payroll forms. The standard SAP R/3 system provides the following forms:

VEF1 for the Payment Statement.

VEF2 for the Severance Statement.

The customer can copy and change these forms, in accordance with the needs of the company.

Severance Statement.
