HCOPROV0 - Reserves

Purpose

This report shows the employee provision values calculated during the payroll processes and stored in cluster table COPRO.

The following provision types are available:

• PVCE: Severance payment provision

• PVIC: Severance payment interest provision

• PVPR: Legal bonus provision

• PVVA: Vacation provision

Prerequisites

You must have run the necessary parameterizations in transaction SPRO, in the Customizing activities under Payroll Calculation Colombia -> Legal benefits and provision.

Selection

Apart from the standard criteria, in the selection screen you find the following groups of criteria:

Payroll calculation per.:

• You can enter a start and an end date. The report accumulates the calculated values from the initial date to the end date.

• You can select the Payroll calculation per. Button and fill in the following fields:

• Payroll area

• Period

Other selections:

The report can be run filtering the concepts of provisions (V_T7CO18) according to your preferences:

• If a specific concept is entered the calculation type option, it will filter and display only the specified concepts.

• If no concept is entered, the report will show all the concepts generated in the payroll.
